How it all started...
The School
Jericho Academy was founded in 1930 by Christian & Angela Jericho. It was founded so that poor families would have be able to send their children to a high level school. As the years went on and more students left to do great things, leading Jericho to earn its good name.
The Change
After Angela Jericho passed away in 1980 her children took on a new focus for the school. Many of their friends' children were being kicked out of their school for many different reasons. So in 1993 they decided to change the school focus and make it a high school for "troubled" teens, and thus Jericho High School was re-formed.
The Kids
Jericho's students come from all over the world, and many different backgrounds, but they are all here for the same reason. To get their parents off their back.
Jericho is like almost every other high school in the country. It has it's evil teachers, crazy coaches and it's social ladder. At the top of that ladder are the PLD's. They are the beautiful, rich, usually get what they want. On the opposite of that ladder lie the KW's. These kids party, drink, and do whatever they want.
The Fight
At one of the many parties held after Jericho's football games Jordan and Andrew hooked up. Andrew at the time was dating Crystal who happened to be a PLD. By the time Monday rolled around everyone at Jericho knew about their drunken romp. During the last period of they day Crystal and Brooke tried to corner Jordan. Riley, seeing what was happening came in defense of her friend and from their it was an all out brawl. Since then it's been all out wart between the two groups. The only way to survive at Jericho was to pick a side and stay out of the way or get run over.
Then...
Jackson Blackwell was basically the biggest KW guy in the school. As if this weren't bad enough and as if it didn't make him a target for the PLD's as it was, he went and knocked up Sundae Adams, a girl who was an ex-PLD, though he didn't know this at first.
The PLD's didn't like this.
Rather than let the two lovers stay together happily, they jumped Jackson, breaking a rib and his knee, along with nearly paralyzing him by hitting him at the base of his neck from behind... All with a pipe. Not to mention kicking the shit out of him. Soon afterwards, the enmity between KW's and PLD's grew. A lot. Fights were openly started just for being in another group. It was open warfare. Jackson went to the hospital, but managed to get out in time for the birth of his and Sundae's children. They had twins:
A boy and a girl.
Now...
Jericho is basically the same as it used to be; drugs, alcohol, sex, skipping, crazy teachers, everything. But now, a new generation has arrived. The son and daughter of Jackson Blackwell and Sundae Adams, Christoph James Blackwell and Rahne River Blackwell, have come back to the school, and the rivalry couldn't be better... Or worse, depending on how you look at it.
Christoph has followed in his father's footsteps, becoming the main KW guy... He practically leads them. Rahne, on the other hand, leads the PLD's, quite against what her mother and father did when they attended Jericho. With two twins pitted against each other in an all-out war, things at Jericho couldn't get any more interesting.
After all... Anything goes in high school.
Current Situation
Christoph started hanging out with, well... To put it frank, he started hanging out with the 'wrong crowd' and got into some serious drugs. He showed up at home once, only for him and Jackson to get into a huge fight, which ultimately ended with Christoph getting kicked out of the house. Christoph is now living on his own, and pretty much everyone has heard of his drug addictions. He's gotten involved in some crap he really shouldn't be, tied in with the Rockers and the Dead Men, and he needs both friends and support to get him through this.
His friends tell him to quit, and he tells himself to, and he keeps running, but the big question still remains unanswered:
Will he listen?
