I'm a little bit confused about the element of Energy. What exactly is it, and what does the enegry elemental do? I'm thinking about auditioning for an Energy elemental, but I'd like to be sure I know what it is first. :3

Energy is the positive and negitive. When shown in the form of energy balls they are visible in the whitish gold spectrum to blackish blue purple spectrum. And they can be cold and hot. Positive is warm and neg is cold. They are close relation to shadows. does that help any?
