When you don’t belong anywhere, where do you go? Normal High School can be a brutal experience for any kid whether it is public school or a private academy. But for the gifted and special it can be a living hell. That is the reason behind Shadow Academy. A school built for the gifted and special people in the world who are tired of not fitting in.

Shadow Academy was built in the 1700s but the located has moved many times over the years due to discovery of their home. Now, the school is located in large town called Charlestown. The town is on the verge of becoming a wealthy city, and though there are regular humans that live in the area, it is mostly run by those that are gifted. Charlestown has become a haven for many people. These people include vampires, werewolves, shape shifter, half breeds, and gifted humans with special talents.

This haven has its up and downs between the students and the staff that work in the building. There is drama galore with love triangles, heart breaks, back stabbing…the normal things that you would find in any High School. Except here it goes to a new level when everyone around you has some special talent or ability. It would be clever to watch your back and know who your friends are.
