OK everyone, here's your chance to get involved!
I have decided to run auditions for both an advert team and a graphics team.
ADVERT TEAM:[/u]
There will be 3-5 people to do this. They cannot be anyone that is on the staff already, 3-5 members. This team is going to be considered part of the staff, but mostly you guys remain a team.
In order to get on this team, simply be the first 3-5 to reply to this post. But if I feel that you aren't active enough to be a part of it, I will not let you on it. And in your reply, you must give me links to at least 5 websites you advertised us on.
Once you are accepted on this team, it will be a necessity that you post on 5 websites everyday, or if you can't do it for some reason on one day, every two days.
This is the team that has to be very active, that's the only way the team will work.
GRAPHICS TEAM:[/u]
OK, this team doesn't have to be quite as active. This is a team to simply reply to any graphics requests that are given, because I decided that I don't have time to do that anymore. There will be only 2 people for this team, unless there is a tie in talent.
To get on this team reply to this post, if you are talented when it comes to graphics. And you have to have either GIMP or PHOTOSHOP and you have to know how to use it. Yes, I can tell if you are using Photobucket. Once everyone who wants to be a part of it replies, I will give you a theme and an object to put in a manip. The theme has to relate to the object, *cough* the object will be either a bird or wolf *cough*. I really just want to see how talented you are. I don't want you to give me your best work, unless you are going to do it for everyone else who gives you a request. Give me your average.
Once accepted, your job will to reply to every graphics request given in the graphics board. And if you want to randomly bless someone with a sig or aviee when they don't have one, go right ahead. But you CANNOT force them to use them.
